The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and also down the motorway towards Karaka. There are many eating places in the area, and it is close to everything, a great location to explore the city. the towel quality is great, and Wi-Fi connection is fast in the rooms.

The breakfast options are not great, and there is no view from the rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. From arranging a taxi for us to going the extra mile in informing us about any delays, they truly provided exceptional service.

Friendly and Welcoming with Great Facilities the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the get-go. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and all it had to offer. We also loved the fully equipped kitchenette, allowing us to cook meals and save money on eating out.

Limited Parking and Noisy Location the parking was limited, making it a bit difficult to find a spot. the noise from the nearby road was a bit distracting at times, making it hard to sleep through the night.

The room had great amenities including a microwave and kettle and the TV was decent. The lawns were well maintained too. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with helpful information and advice.

The towels were old and tattered, and the room could use some updating. The location was farther from our intended destination than we initially thought, resulting in longer travel times and extra costs for transportation.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was quite spacious with a big bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and all necessary facilities such as a hairdryer, clothes airer, and iron. Moreover, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and the hotel was ideally located close to Middlemore Hospital, which made it convenient for me to visit. Additionally, there was a golf course located right across the road from the hotel, which was a great bonus.
